We are qualified and registered nutritional therapists CNHC and registered nutritionists mBANT who practice in accordance with the regulatory body code of practice.
Why nutrition and lifestyle?
Nutrition and lifestyle are fundamental in protecting our bodies from disease and maximising our health. However, it can also cause damage to our health by compromising our natural biological pathways and cellular structure. You truly are what you eat, as nutrients act as building blocks for our cells, organs, hormones and neurotransmitters. By influencing your nutrients intake, you can influence the way your body functions.
We offer nutrition and lifestyle based corporate wellbeing programmes. Our corporate wellbeing programmes are designed to support your wellbeing strategy and needs. It can be anything from a one-off seminar or a wellbeing day to a tailor made, corporate wellbeing programme lasting from 6 weeks to a year. Our end to end programme will include employee’s wellbeing climate assessment, KPIs and full programme definition and management.
